Overview

All applications MUST be submitted online.

You have to download and fill the offline application form and scan it into a PDF. Then go to the ADMA Member's Portal HERE and fill the online application where you will upload the PDF. Follow instructions carefully to avoid delays.

Before you apply

  1. Download Application Form from HERE. Fill it up completely.
  2. Do a bank transfer (NEFT transfer) of the membership fee to the ADMA account as given here:

  3. Get the transaction details (txn id also called UTR of the NEFT done, date of transfer, from bank) properly noted. It is preferable to get the transaction slip (pdf) from the bank website to eliminate the possibility of any manual error.
  4. Do not forget to upload the scanned copy of the application in PDF format. Follow the "APPLY" link on the ADMA Member portal HERE.
  5. Either upload the transaction slip OR provide the details in the Txn details box. These details are required for quick confirmation of your membership avoiding inordinate and avoidable delays.
  6. Your application will be put up for approval after you submit the completed application. Your membership will be activated after the approval is complete. You will receive an email with your membership details.
  7. Please ensure the EMAIL you enter in this online form is "correct and reachable". We will be using this email as the primary means of communication. It will also be used as your Username in the ADMA member's portal.

Instructions for recent members whose names do not appear in the member list (if you applied and paid at a conference and have the acknowledgement slip)
  1. Follow the "APPLY" link on the ADMA Member portal HERE. Fill up all the details.
  2. In the field for uploading the application form, please upload the scanned copy of your handwritten application as given to ADMA OR upload the scanned copy of the receipt given by ADMA, if you do not have the scan of the handwritten application. Please note that all uploads should be in PDF format.
  3. In the field for uploading the NEFT details, please use the scanned copy in pdf format of the payment receipt given by ADMA again.
  4. Please ensure the EMAIL you enter in this online form is "correct and reachable". We will be using this email as the primary means of communication. It will also be used as your Username when your login gets enabled.
